Bookings: Log Cabin Ranch ONLY offers ‘Glamping Stays’ to guests of existing Log Cabin Ranch Weddings, Events, Camps or Group Accommodation Bookings. Including Wedding Couples, Bridal Party, Family members or Wedding/Event Guests. We currently DO NOT offer Glamping Stay’s to the General Public or private Glamping bookings.
*If you are attending an upcoming Wedding, Event, Camp or Group Accommodation booking at Log Cabin Ranch - please contact the Couple or Event Organiser to obtain the 'Glamping Guest Instructions' that contains the relevant Glamping Booking Link (Log Cabin Ranch cannot and will not provide this link to guests directly). Each Event Organiser (Eg: The Couple getting married) has been provided a private booking link. Online Glamping bookings can only be made/booked using this link.
Pricing: Full pricing is available via the Glamping Online Booking Platform. Glamping pricing ranges between $230-$250 per night, depending on whether you would like a 5m or 6m Luxe Tent. We do provide a discount for 2-night stays. Pricing ranges between $400-$450 for a 2-night stay.
Duration of Stay: Your Glamping stay dates MUST coincide with an Event, Wedding, Camp or Group Accommodation Booking that you are attending at Log Cabin Ranch. You are responsible for ensuring your Booking Dates, match the dates of the Wedding or Event you are attending. Log Cabin Ranch has a maximum 2-night stay. (Eg: If you are attending a Wedding on a Saturday, you may wish to book the Friday AND Saturday nights).
Check In/Out: Check-In is available from 2:00pm on the day you arrive at Log Cabin Ranch. Check-Out is strictly 1:00pm on the day you depart Log Cabin Ranch.
Getting to Log Cabin Ranch: Log Cabin Ranch is located at 55-57 Rankins Rd in Monbulk. We advise ALL guests to enter Rankins Rd from David Hill Rd (to avoid a very steep hill if they were to enter via Emerald-Monbulk Rd). This is VERY IMPORTANT. Some large trucks/vans will NOT be able to make it up the very steep hill if entering from Emerald-Monbulk Rd and may risk damage or delay. Please enter Rankins Rd via David Hill Rd end ONLY.
Parking: Glamping Parking is available for one (1) vehicle per Glamping Tent. This is located in the Glamping Parking Area off the Suppliers Driveway Entrance (please refer to Map provided when booking).
Families: We regret that Log Cabin Ranch Glamping Tents are Adults only (18+ Years). All Glamping Tents come with a Queen Bed only, and are therefore not suitable for families or children. Each Glamping Tent sleeps a maximum of 2-Adults.
Pets: Due to the surrounding farmland & resident animals, unfortunately Log Cabin Ranch Glamping Tents are not pet friendly.
Campsite Facilities: All guests have access to their Private Glamping Tent and shared facilities including Outdoor BBQ area, Indoor Kitchen, Indoor Dining/Lounge Area, Toilets & Showers. Log Cabin Ranch has a small camp Mini-Golf course. We also have resident animals including Reece the Donkey, Walter the Sheep, Fern the Deer, Peacocks and other Birds.
What to Pack: Log Cabin Ranch will provide all the Glamping essentials (including Bed Linen, Bedding & Towels), so you don’t need to worry about packing too much. However, in Winter we would suggest packing some extra layers for the chilly nights (Eg: Warm socks, beanie, jacket, long pyjamas). In Summer we would suggest packing some bug spray/repellent, a hat & sunscreen. Log Cabin Ranch supply small Shampoo/Conditioner/Body Wash provisions upon arrival, but suggest bringing along any other toiletries such as Toothpaste, toothbrushes and such. You may also like to bring along a small Esky with Ice, for any Food/Drinks.
Security Bond: Log Cabin Ranch requests a $200 Bond for each Glamping Tent booking, via the online booking platform. The Security Bond covers any breakages, damages, broken noise curfews or extra cleaning that may occur or be required during or following your Glamping Stay. Should all Terms and Conditions be fulfilled, the Security Bond will be returned back to you within 14-days following your departure.
Campfires: Campfires, Fire Pits & similar are not permitted at Log Cabin Ranch. Each Glamping Tent is equipped with an Electric Blanket (6m Luxe Tent also equipped with Fan Heater). We do not permit the use of additional powered or unpowered Heating devices.
